1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hari2menang, a trusted online betting platform used by hundreds of thousands of users across Malaysia. By registering, accessing, or using any part of this platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you as a user and hari2menang. This document is the legally binding version governing your use of the platform.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the hari2menang platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Are an individual person (not a company or business entity)
• Not listed on any relevant authority's betting prohibition list
• Acting on your own behalf and not as a third-party agent
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online betting activity

Hari2menang reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be ineligible will be suspended immediately, and any remaining balance may be returned at management's discretion following a thorough investigation.

3 Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

The registration process at hari2menang is simple and fast. You only need to provide accurate and truthful information when signing up. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without warning.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC), hari2menang reserves the right to request the following identity verification documents at any time:

• A valid copy of MyKad or passport
• Bank statement or utility bill as proof of address (not older than 3 months)
• Details of the payment method used for deposits
• Any additional documents required for regulatory compliance purposes

KYC verification is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. Unverified accounts may be subject to temporary withdrawal limits until the verification process is fully completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Hari2menang supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other local payment options. All transactions are processed through a secure, integrated payment system.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes
• Hari2menang does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Daily and weekly deposit limits may apply depending on your account level

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Accounts must be fully verified via KYC before the first withdrawal is approved
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Hari2menang offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the Promotions us.

• All bonuses have wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements
• Each promotion has its own validity period — expired bonuses cannot be reactivated
• Users are eligible to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise
• Bonus abuse such as the use of multiple accounts will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure
• Hari2menang reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the hari2menang platform are subject to the established game rules. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing any bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified
• Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each game type
• Official results from the hari2menang game system are final and binding
• Any attempt to manipulate game results through technical or other means is strictly prohibited
• The use of bots, automated software, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Bets placed during technical disruptions may be voided and refunded to the user

Hari2menang uses Random Number Generator (RNG) that has obtained third-party certification to ensure every game is fair and transparent. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by any party.

7 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. hari2menang uses the latest encryption technology to protect your data and funds, but you must also take your own precautions on your end.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Hari2menang reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if a breach of terms, fraud, or activity harmful to the platform or other users is found to have occurred.

Accounts may be closed or suspended in the following situations:

• Registering with false information or using another person's identity
• Owning or operating more than one account
• Bonus abuse, collusion to defraud the system, or any form of cheating
• Use of unauthorised bots or automated software
• Money laundering activity or suspicious transactions
• Bullying, threats, or harassment of staff or other users

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of verification, subject to no terms violations.

9 Disclaimer

The hari2menang platform is provided "as is" and hari2menang makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• Hari2menang is not liable for any indirect, consequential losses or loss of profits arising from the use of the platform
• Technical disruptions beyond hari2menang's control — including third-party internet network failures — are not the platform's responsibility
• Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and any resulting losses
• Hari2menang is not responsible for any taxes or levy charges that may be imposed on users under their local legislation

In all circumstances, hari2menang's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the user's net deposit amount within the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Terms Amendment

Hari2menang reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
